In the life of Actual I.T.Group, every step is an opportunity to grow, to connect, and to celebrate our collective efforts. This year's meeting of the entire Actual I.T. Group took place in the idyllic setting of Klub Kubu Vodice.
The atmosphere was charged with positive energy brought by the sun, fresh air, and smiling faces of the colleagues. Volleyball, table tennis, small football, basketball, bowling, and animation games got us moving and made us laugh to tears. Each activity became an opportunity for teamwork and building group dynamics.
Socializing over good food and drinks was a culinary experience that further strengthened the bonds between us. We shared stories, laughter, and visions for the future of Actual I.T. Together we reflected on new projects, innovations, and how to make more effective use of the synergies between our companies.
The meeting strengthened and consolidated relationships between colleagues from different Actual I.T. divisions, including Actual I.T. Energy4Mobility and Transport&Logistics, UnistarPRO, PROAstec, Itelis, Actual I.T. BH, Actual I.T. Croatia and Actual I.T. Belgrade. Trust, cooperation, respect, and proactivity are the values that unite us and shape our corporate culture.
We are particularly pleased that the meeting was also attended by representatives of our companies abroad. Together, we have deepened the ties between our departments, which are geographically dispersed but close at heart.
