Exploring innovation in Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) at TOC Europe

Our Transport & Logistics team attended TOC Europe in Rotterdam, where industry leaders from all over the world gathered to present the latest developments in transport and logistics.

At the fair, our colleagues Janja Žitko and Erik Čirkovič were present, where they had the opportunity to gain insight into the latest developments in the field of terminal operating systems (TOS), and at the same time, they participated in an important partnership meeting with the Port of Koper and Tideworks. There were also some productive discussions and exchanges of ideas with experts in the field, making it all the more important to be there to stay one step ahead when it comes to managing the different types of cargo, equipment, and passengers in the terminal.

The TOS system, with its suite of computerized processes, plays a key role in enabling efficient operations in several areas, including RoRo, General Cargo, Car RoRo, and even RoPax terminals. It also enables the rationalization of terminal operations and the improvement of overall business performance. Using innovative technology solutions, we can ensure the smooth flow of goods and services, optimize resource allocation, and deliver a good customer experience. The evolving landscape of the transport and logistics industry requires flexibility and the use of state-of-the-art tools such as TOS to meet ever-changing demands.

At Actual I.T., we firmly believe in the power of continuous learning and networking. Events like TOC Europe remind us of the importance of staying in touch with industry trends and forging strategic partnerships. Our team remains committed to introducing the latest TOS solutions and other cutting-edge technologies, which will enable us to continue to deliver world-class service and maintain our leadership position in the transport and logistics sector.
