Actual PRO has officially signed a contract with Transport Malta for the upgrade of the existing National Maritime Single Window system. This project is a key step in modernizing maritime reporting services and will ensure full compliance with the new European Maritime Single Window environment.
The European Maritime Single Window environment was introduced to harmonize maritime reporting obligations and improve data exchange across EU Member States. By aligning national systems with the new framework, maritime stakeholders will benefit from more standardized, efficient, and interoperable reporting processes.
The upgrade of Transport Malta’s existing system will ensure alignment with Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 and Regulation (EU) 2023/205. The solution will support more efficient data exchange and provide a stronger foundation for the continued digital transformation of maritime operations.
The project will include improvements in data interoperability, reporting processes, and overall usability. The upgraded platform will also enable seamless integration with relevant national and EU-level systems, contributing to a more connected and transparent maritime reporting environment.
By building on the existing infrastructure and applying a structured implementation approach, Actual PRO will ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.
The project marks another important step in the modernization of Transport Malta’s maritime reporting services, enabling more efficient, connected, and future-ready operations. At the same time, it further strengthens Actual PRO’s position as a reliable technology partner for the maritime and port sector.
